- The domain belongs to the Gurdwara. A standard domain, if needed, is registered in its name and included while the service is active. Free transfer if it leaves; premium domains excluded.
- 3–4 unique homepage designs within 24 hours of the brief, free, no commitment or card needed. Free refinement of the chosen concept to the final design. Paid full site can be live within 7 days with content, access and approvals ready.
- Included tool options: Gurpurab calendar, Gurmukhi learner, Simran timer, Paath/Nitnem tracker, Hukamnama and readings. No separate tool licence fee within the paid service; content needs appropriate review.
- Payments use Stripe. Service fees are commercial payments, not donations; no tax-deductibility is claimed.

## Free design, ownership and service care
- 3–4 different homepage designs within 24 hours of receiving your brief, free before payment. Every design is unique to your Gurdwara; we never reuse another Gurdwara’s design. Each is built around making giving simple. Choose your favourite and request changes; we refine it to the final design for free. No commitment, no card needed. - Full website: monthly with no minimum term; cancel anytime by email before the next renewal, the existing notice period. No separate 30-day notice required.
- On exit, site files and domain are handed over free; replacement hosting, renewals and third-party licences/accounts become the Gurdwara’s responsibility.
- Invoices are issued in the Gurdwara’s name. Setup can be paid by card, or bank transfer on invoice on request; no bank details are public.
- No tracking cookies, minimal collection; no children’s personal details or photos on class/event pages without committee confirmation of appropriate consent.
- Side-by-side Gurmukhi and English use supplied/approved text, not a translation service. Large-text/accessibility options and simple sevadar update requests are agreed within scope.
- One named point of contact is assigned to the project; replies within one working day via hello@gurdwaraweb.com. No individual is named before assignment.

## Design ownership
All designs, drafts and previews remain the property of Spire Trade Advisors Ltd until the setup fee is paid in full. Unpaid designs may not be used, copied or adapted. On full payment the Gurdwara receives the right to use its chosen design for its site. Its own content, name, logo and photos always remain its own.

## Languages
The homepage can be read in English, Punjabi (Gurmukhi), Hindi and Kiswahili using the header/mobile-menu selector. The choice is remembered in localStorage only, without cookies. Gurmukhi and Devanagari fonts are self-hosted. Prices and Stripe links do not change with language. Translations are machine-assisted and need native-speaker review. Legal pages and the committee PDF remain in English; the English legal version applies. All language views use the same URL, so no separate-language hreflang URLs are claimed.
